from wikiHow - The How to Manual That You Can Edit

A smoothie is a drink, resembling a milkshake, but with thicker consistency and made from a blend of wholesome, raw, natural ingredients. Special ingredients are added for health reasons.
This smoothie is particularly useful in increasing fertility in both men and women because it contains ingredients like bee pollen which has the ability to stimulate ovulation in women and increase sperm count in men. The other ingredients are rich in fibre content which helps reduce excess estrogen and maintain blood sugar stable aiding those women suffering from polycystic ovarian syndrome. This smoothie is also high in minerals, vitamins and live enzymes which contribute to tissue repair, hormonal balance and most of all replenish the body from nutritional deficiencies related to infertility.
